Old sales techniques
#Stage 1: Connecting/Introduction Analysis The upfront contract from other sales trainings seems very authoritarian and seems to be like asking permission to interrogate them versus getting to know them and having the prospect feel your honest interest in understanding the prospect's purpose of the call. Allowing you to assume control of the call rather than taking control of the call. It almost sounds like the same thing. The old method created more resistance I am finding.
