I am in a slight quandary as to what to do with etsy ads - feel im just unnecessarily spending money? Whats everyone elses opinion on it? Different startegies etc?

If i pay for a poster on printshrimp but havent received the tracking number to add to the etsy confirmation what should i do? I am waiting on a code for a poster going to Holland but Etsy needs me to confirm the order today. I dont know what to do

Just had my first international order to Holland and Etsy states i am required to tell my courier my Etsy IOSS number - where and when do i need to use this?
