Comfort kills
I have been going to our local hardware store for over 30 years and I remember this kid working in the store saying "living the dream" everytime I say hello. He is a very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly I say "kid" he ain't no kid no more! I saw him this morning and I asked him if he is "still living the dream" he said hell yeah, still working here. I asked him if he owned the place or something, he just smirked and said "yeah right"! I don't know why this bothers me so much and it is not my place to say anything but, I hate to say it but, he could be, do and have so much more! It really is none of my business and I don't know what he has going on on the side, he may be a Bitcoin billionaire or own 3,000 door rental portfolio for all I know. I think it safe to assume, he knows where all the products are aisle by aisle. The hardest part of that job for him is probably getting out of bed, after that it is the same old same old. At least he has a great attitude. I have never heard a complaint from him ever and we are just watching eachother grow older and older. Please leave a thought below about how many people go through life on autopilot day in day out. Been there done that! Get uncomfortable and stay there.

If you want your same results, don't do anything different. If you want to improve, you need to do something different!
Never Ever
I had a sneaking suspicion. When I was a little kid, dinner time was a nightmare with my parents and my sister yelling and screaming at eachother. I knew it was not good for any of them but I never attributed my mother's very early passing at 45 years old to this

This is a great alert for others.
I go after pre-foreclosure wholesales. latest:
Deal Overview (In Michigan): • Pre-foreclosure, currently off-market • Last Sold: 2013 for $180,000 • NETR estimate: ~$395,600 • Zillow Zestimate: ~$544,700 • Mortgage Balance: $123,354 Seller needs to sale at 236k to break even. I’ve talked to her and I believe a contract at 250k, she’ll sign. Aiming to get it to buyer at 315k. Greal deal for wholesaler & flipper?

Sounds like a great deal for a fix & flipper. Even if renovations are 200k, there is still a good profit there.
Sometimes you just need a better way to make money
Why do people stay working at a dead end job? Day after day week after week with nothing to look forward to but a few cents an hour increase. There are several reasons, none of them are very good reasons and if you can think of others that I missed please drop them below. 1. They know how to do the job 2. Comfort 3. Just a big bad habit

Add fear to your list! From being afraid of what others will say or think to fear of failing and having to crawl back to ask for their old job back. A lot of people are afraid of making a mistake, so they don't try something different. What they don't realize is that you have to do something new to get experience. Making a mistake is just a way to learn how to do something better.
