I was wondering if anyone would like to share why they prefer PrintShrimp over similar alternates? Is it the pricing, the support, the community? What made you choose PrintShrimp?

Hello, I am new here and have a question about mockups
Hi all, I'm excited to get started with PrintShrimp and to join your community. I heard that PrintShrimp has a "listing generator" tool to help create Etsy listings and mockups of the product, however when I click on "listing generator" in the app, I am met with an “Automations are Locked” screen. Any help on how to get going with this? I feel like I can't advertise the products properly if I don't have accurate mockups of the frames! Thank you for reading, James

@Mihai Volintiriu I mean there is not currently an option to generate a realistic mockup for what the frames actually look like, because we haven't been given images of them. The only option is to use a generic frame in the mockup and risk customers being unhappy.

@Mihai Volintiriu Oh really? Well that is good news! Perhaps I have been too concerned about this. Could I ask how thick of a frame you use in your mockups? Do you possibly have an example image you can share?
