Hi everyone! Excited to be a part of this group. I’m based outside of Detroit and my goal is to aquire and place in service 1 STR property by the end of 2026. Then rinse and repeat, yearly, until who knows when! Looking forward to learning as much as I can🧑🎓.

Giving Gatlinburg vibes. Needs to be furnished, but we see amenity potential and position it as a premium STR in the area, and hopefully get 3 seasons out of it for Michigan.
