Which spam checker should I trust?
Hey everyone, I'm writing some new copy for a campaign, the mailmeteor spam checker has pointed out THIRTEEN flaws in my copy that could supposedly trigger spam filters lol. However, running the same copy through instantly's spam checker, it says my copy is 100% fine and there's little to no chance that I land in spam. Who do I listen to??? For reference, here's the copy, including all the spintax I'll likely use: Hi (name), I came across (org) and I love the work that you guys (are doing/do), especially the (aspect/element) of (_____). You guys have a (fantastic/great) website, and I was wondering if you’ve ever (thought about/considered) (using/utilizing/implementing) (video content/videos) to attract (more/new) donors? We help nonprofits (increase donorship/increase donations/connect with new donors) by (implementing/integrating) (a story-focused video strategy/story-focused video content) into their fundraising efforts. We've helped a (theater/performing arts) (organization/nonprofit) raise $360K in a single month, and helped another (organization/nonprofit) increase their donorship by 200% at their most recent (fundraiser/fundraising event). You can check out those (case studies/videos) and see some more (info/details) about (what we do/our work) (on our website/here): https://captivision.media/ I just wanted to (reach out/connect with you) because I would love to (work with you guys/collaborate on a project) at some point, and it looks like you have a (lot/ton) of (great/amazing) stories to tell that would really (connect/resonate) with (potential donors/donors/new donors). Let me know if this sounds (interesting/like something you’d be interested in/like something you’d like to discuss further/like something you’d like to explore), and we can go from there, thanks (name)!
