Does anyone here have XR’s in their facilities, any issues, big pro/cons?

Hey everyone, I’m Jake, owner of Pioneer Golf Company. Our team built the simulator at Josh’s facility, Launch Point in Princeton, and I’ve spent the last 8 years in the golf simulator industry before starting Pioneer. Has anyone had any success finding someone worth while to talk to with Uneekor. I am literally trying to buy 5 more units and cant speak with a single sales person. The one guy John Westhoff, literally just answer my emails with what feels like Ai comments, by far worst sales/customer support service I've ever seen. I know most of us here have dealt with similar issue, but does someone have contact info, especially a phone number of a good contact point?
