Life has really been throwing some stuff at me and the last few days have been some of the hardest in the last year. I am picking myself up and rebuilding my day a little at a time. One positive action and one positive connection daily is helping me. Relying on the love from you guys and from the lord. I don’t have it all figured out, but choose happiness and gratitude for today. Blessings to all my family here in this community.

I am so grateful to have been on this planet and have this human experience. It has been truly magical and sometimes painful and difficult. I still know that I have had the most amazing 53 years on this planet so far and looking forward to my next 53 years. Excited to see my girlfriend @Joanne Landrau coffee and hugs and @Kenna Schram @Evan Schram @Martin Randall and my dad for birthday dinner.
