Just a cute little poem, a reminder
You are a small drop, inside a vast ocean And all the same, you are a vast ocean, inside a small drop And how is the ocean? The ocean does not try to live It does not force itself to move And does not move in ways that are forced It does not convolute itself The ocean lives by its nature Moves by the cycles of time, space It moves where it flows, where it falls Grows where it is called and recedes where it is not The ocean lives by allowing its innate state to flow, And does not resist it The ocean does not try to live The ocean lives by its nature You are a small drop, inside a vast ocean And all the same, you are a vast ocean, inside a small drop ⬆️ its youuu queen 💅👑✨🌊

One of the most important things we can learn in this life is to dance with the flow of its events. All of our suffering comes from resisting life's events.

@Anne Thorsen It requires this incredible amount of trust in something greater than you. It's literally like a blind faith.
How I Learned to Stop Pressuring Myself so Much
Let me tell you a story, back when I was younger, I used to put myself under way too much pressure. With things outside of my control. I would focus on the outputs, instead of the inputs. I would get mad at my self if I did not hit x amount of money made last month, or whatever. I now know this is nonsense and focusing on things outside of your control, it is the shortcut to misery. I now know not to worry at all about external results, just do the inputs, do the work, show up as best as you can, that is all you can do, some months will be worse than others, some better and etc, it is what it is. So hopefully you can learn from my mistake and this will honestly be the best thing you could do for your healing / mental health journey. Thank you for reading, hope it was valuable.

I think also we tie our identity to results. Failing in the result isn't just a failure; it's a threat to our identity, which makes it this massive thing. When we can separate our identity from the results, we stop caring about the results so much and ironically we start performing better, which is the funny part.
It's a miracle to simply exist at all.
It is astonishing how easily we get bogged down by the daily grind, completely forgetting the staggering miracle it is to simply exist at all. In Buddhist teachings, the opportunity to be born as a human is considered unfathomably rare. The Buddha once used a powerful analogy to illustrate this: Imagine a vast, endless ocean with a single wooden yoke tossing about on the waves. At the bottom of this ocean lives a blind turtle who only comes up for air once every hundred years. The teachings say that the chances of that blind turtle surfacing and putting its head perfectly through the hole of that random wooden yoke are actually greater than the chances of attaining a precious human life. When you truly grasp the astronomical rarity of your own consciousness, your perspective on a "bad day" fundamentally shifts. The struggles, the heartbreaks, and the heavy storms are not a curse; they are simply part of the vibrant, complex spectrum of an experience you are incredibly lucky to have. You beat mathematically impossible odds just to be here. Do not waste this astonishing, fleeting opportunity complaining about the weather. Let the profound rarity of your own life be the ultimate reason you remain deeply thankful for every single day you are given the privilege to breathe, feel, and live.

Everyone is so focused on their goals and what they want to achieve. That is not what life is about. Life is about every single day, the little things that you do in life: your walks to the coffee shop, your coffee, speaking with people, petting a dog. That is life and we miss it because we're so focused on our goals.
The Flower Full Moon of May
Hey Tribe, Dropping by to share a breakthrough and a win! About 15 months ago I had a huge breakthrough in which I was finally able to get the Art in Me out on paper. I began a drawing that took me through a deeper layer of healing. I had all these plans to use the drawing in so many ways and to use it as a tool for inner healing. A few months later however, I entered a major battle at the place where I live and have been working towards recovering ever since. (My story is a long one but some of you know much of it.) After a visit to the hospital in December, I have been getting some clarity the last few months when it comes to my physical health and I am finally getting back to where I was last year. So when I saw Aaron was doing a brand new 21 Day Raise Your Vibration challenge, I knew it was the perfect thing to help encourage me along in getting back on track. After the Day 15 call of the challenge, Aaron introduced something called the Identity Shift Assessment. After finishing the identity shift analysis, the last line of the report said this: "The drawing under the flower moon is the first thing this version of you puts into the world, Jai. Finish it. That is the whole assignment." That was on Thursday. On Friday, under the Flower Full Moon of May, I finally finished this breakthrough piece of Art that I started a year ago (15 mo)! I can't believe that I actually did it! Now I just have to figure out what the best options are for me to get the drawings uploaded so that I can tweak it for the different uses and designs I have in mind (I've already tried a few options). It's not just that, but it feels as if all the little things I've been processing and working through the last several years have finally shifted, as if the integration is near complete. As if I'm almost fully through the looking glass/portal on the other side. @Aaron Doughty Thank you for sharing your journey with us. It's been fun these past 2 years. Through it all, you've been a friend when I needed one the most. I deeply appreciate you and the entire tribe! 🙏

Identity is so massively important. Everything flows downstream of our own self-image. I've had to do a lot of deep work on that to break out from who I was into who I wanted to be.
Train Your Brain to Call It Safe ✨(Rewiring Your Reality🪄)
Most people wait for the fear to go away before they act. But that’s not how transformation works. Your brain is designed to keep you within what is known, predictable, and familiar. The moment you step into something new, it signals uncertainty… and labels it as danger. Not because it is dangerous, but because it is unfamiliar. So what do we do? We return to the past. We repeat the same emotions. We choose the same behaviors. And in doing so, we keep creating the same life. If you truly want to change something, you have to be willing to step into the unknown… and stay there long enough for your brain and body to begin to recalibrate. Because every time you choose to act in spite of fear, you are teaching your nervous system a new experience. You are telling your body: 💫“This is safe. This is possible. This is me.”💫 💥 Repetition then becomes the bridge. What was once uncomfortable becomes familiar. What was once familiar becomes your new identity. So the question is not whether it feels scary. The real question is: ❓Can you move forward before your body has evidence? ❓Can you act greater than your environment, your emotions, and your past? Because the moment you do…you are no longer living as a memory of the past. You are creating a future. Do it anyway‼️

Yes!!! Our nervous system creates an upper limit as soon as we leave the familiar. It sabotages us with thoughts of fear, doubt, worry, anxiety to keep us "safe". When we understand this, we can step into the unknown with confidence and know that those feelings don't mean we're incapable.
