Navel Chakra -- Class Recording & Notes
https://fathom.video/share/_WcSxAdJh9-4KAEd5y5rySChik_XD8pd Key Takeaways - Chakras process stimuli based on past experiences, creating your personal reality. The Navel Chakra specifically governs your self-narrative, often rooted in the belief "I am not good enough." - Imbalance manifests in two ways: Overactivity (e.g., competitiveness, arguing) stems from a fear of not being good enough, while underactivity (e.g., apathy, manipulation) stems from a feeling of being inferior. - The solution is realizing inherent wholeness: Pure consciousness, free from thought, is naturally complete. The goal is to shift from conditioned narratives to this state of pure presence. - The 8 Limbs of Yoga are the path: This holistic system uses lifestyle, posture, breath, and meditation to clear conditioning and stabilize the chakras in a balanced state. Topics The Problem: Conditioned Chakras - Chakras are processing centers that filter sensory input based on past experiences. - This conditioning creates your reality and determines your actions (karma). - The Navel Chakra governs your core beliefs and self-narrative.Balanced State: Pure consciousness, free of ego, seeing all life as equal.Overactive State: Driven by fear of not being good enough → competitiveness, arguing, judgment.Underactive State: Feeling inferior → apathy, manipulation, jealousy. The Solution: The 8 Limbs of Yoga - A holistic system to clear conditioning and stabilize chakras in a holistic way. - 1–2. Lifestyle (Yamas & Niyamas): Living with love and cleanliness. - 3. Posture (Asana): Connects consciousness to the body. - 4. Breath (Pranayama): Regulates the nervous system and energy flow. - 5. Withdrawal (Pratyahara): Detaching from thoughts and labels. - 6–8. Meditation (Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi): Concentrating on the present moment to reprogram the system. The Practice: Navel Chakra Meditation - Goal: Realize inherent wholeness by focusing on the feeling of being complete. - Method:Posture: Sit upright and relaxed.Breath: Breathe smoothly to calm the system.Withdrawal: Let go of thoughts.Concentration: Focus on the feeling of wholeness. - Affirmation: "I am whole. I am complete." Use it to cultivate the feeling, then drop the thought and rest in the sensation.

Sacral Chakra (Recording of Free Class)
https://fathom.video/share/xCzVrz6zyety5wYYBvSzFKL3qravoWjf Meeting Purpose To understand and balance the Sacral Chakra through yogic practice. Key Takeaways - The Sacral Chakra governs sensation, driving the cycle of attachment to pleasure and resistance to pain, which creates suffering. - The core imbalance is seeking contentment externally, forgetting that consciousness is inherently content. True joy (euphoria) arises from this inner contentment. - Imbalances manifest as overactivity (hedonism, addiction) or blockage (depression, anhedonia). Extreme blockage requires professional help. - The 4-step yogic practice (Body Awareness → Slow Breathing → Detachment → Concentration) re-establishes inner contentment by breaking the cycle of external seeking. Topics Chakra System Overview - The chakra system is a framework for understanding bioelectric energy centers that influence personality and experience. - The Agna Chakra (third eye) is the "command center" of consciousness, the observer of sensory input. - Root Chakra (Muladhara): Governs security (money, health).Overactive: Future-oriented worry about money.Blocked: Paranoia, fear of physical threat (often from past trauma).Balanced: Present-moment expertise and abundance. The Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) - The "Pleasure Center" governing all sensory experience (pleasure, pain). - This center drives the fundamental life cycle:Pleasure → Attachment: Seeking external sources for happiness.Pain → Resistance: Avoiding discomfort. - The Core Imbalance: Forgetting that consciousness is inherently content. This leads to seeking happiness from temporary external sources (people, places, things), which inevitably causes suffering. - The Goal: Cultivate equanimity by realizing inner contentment, allowing participation in life's pleasures and pains without attachment. Sacral Chakra Imbalances - Overactive Energy:Behavior: Hedonism, obsession with pleasure.Manifestations: Addiction, debt from excessive spending on pleasure, obsession with physical appeal. - Blocked Energy:Behavior: Sees life as struggle, inability to feel joy.Manifestations: Depression, anhedonia.Warning: Extreme blockage (e.g., suicidal thoughts) requires professional mental health intervention.

Meditation Monday
If you can’t meditate, your body and environment might be unclean. Cleanliness creates balance, cheerfulness, concentration, non-craving, and fitness to become aware of Consciousness. When toxins and impurities are present in the body the nervous system, emotions, and mind become agitated or dull. This makes it very challenging to settle into the clarity and presence of meditation. How to tell if your body is unclean: - You feel restless or sluggish - You don’t feel cheerful - You have intense cravings - Your mind is scattered or dull - You are unaware of Consciousness How clean is your lifestyle?

❤️ Inherent Worth ❤️
The last few weeks have been hard for me. Dealing with a lot of validation wounds and really just wanting to feel like I am good enough. I am worthy. I am where I should be. I keep fighting and trying so hard to let go of the negative thoughts. Then I had a realization. If I want to love myself completely, that includes the negative thoughts. Why don’t I show them love. Recognize they are a part of me fighting to be seen. I shouldn’t make them go away. I should hold them, love them, and realize they are simply trying to protect me. We are all inherently worthy. We are love itself. Love is the only thing that exists. It’s just a matter of where we place that love. This doesn’t make every problem go away, it just changes the perspective enough to recognize the problems only exist because you allow them to be problems. Love every part of you. Including the shadow, or you will never fully integrate. Much love to all of you!

Root Chakra Class (recording & notes)
https://fathom.video/share/LFP2P8y2PNzTjepMsXyjW-jack4re9yM Meeting Purpose To understand the Root Chakra and to practice the 8-Limbs of Yoga for balancing the chakras. Key Takeaways - Root Chakra as Foundation: The Root Chakra (Muladhara) at the tailbone governs physical/material perception and security. Its balance is foundational for all other chakras and is achieved by shifting identity from the temporary ego to the eternal oneness of existence. - Three States of Being: energy manifests in three states: balanced (present, secure), overactive (anxious, hoarding), or underactive (paranoid, stealing). These states are conditioned by past experiences ("karma"). - Embracing Fear: True security comes from embracing fear, not eliminating it. This builds confidence and expands life by taking action despite fear. - The Practice: The Eight Limbs of Yoga is the method for healing all chakras together. The core technique is the concentration practice to reprogram the nervous system by witnessing an object without engaging the mind. Topics The Root Chakra: Foundation of Security - The Root Chakra is the energetic center at the tailbone governing physical and material security. - Its balance is foundational; imbalance creates a domino effect in other chakras. - Balanced State: Core Belief: Identity is the eternal oneness of existence, not the temporary body or possessions. Manifestation: Full presence, security, and giving. This mindset attracts abundance via the Law of Reciprocity and the Law of Attraction. - Imbalanced States: - Overactive (Anxious/Hoarding): Focus: Future-oriented worry about money, possessions, and health. Behaviors: Hoarding, tight legs/feet, leg bouncing. Cause: Conditioning from past insecurity (e.g., poverty, loss). - Underactive (Paranoid/Stealing): Focus: Past-oriented fear and paranoia from abuse or physical trauma. Behaviors: Difficulty sustaining work, resorting to theft, physical violence when threatened or upset. Cause: Deep-seated trauma leading to a vicious cycle of fear and survival.
