My Level 2 visibility post
What i shared: One word for how I'm feeling going into this week - and why 🤔 "Hopeful" Why? I'm finally starting to come out of this nasty ME/cfs relapse with rolling PEM that I've been in. I'm seeing some real progress now after 8 weeks of strict energy pacing and aggressive resting, punctuated by a short plateau where I convinced myself this is as good as it gets. Now I know that isn't true. I'm feeling hope again. I know I may never regain pre-illness functioning, but I'm ok with that as long as I get back what I had last year 💙 #MEcfs #VirtualAssistantUK Where i shared it: LinkedIn How it felt: ok as its not a salesy post. I used one of the 30 Content Prompts. It'll feel harder when I start having to get my business message across again!
Reflections on my visibility challenge
I've been working on creating new projects in my work and it's come time that I knew I needed to focus on being more visible to bring aligned people into my world, so in April I started something I called a Gentle Visibility Challenge, which includes doing 1 act of visibility per work day. I wanted to take the idea of "being visible" and actually do an experiment that helped me to actually turn it into something I can actually do and take action on. Some have been little things (like commenting on a Substack post) and some have been bigger (like doing a video interview), but they have all added up. The biggest result has been experiencing growth and noticing the momentum it creates (from the very first week, actually immediately as I began doing these things!). My biggest takeaway has been making the idea of being visible into a practical thing I can actually do each day that feels easy enough to do. My biggest lesson has been in order to do these visibility acts (and keep doing them!) I've needed to really support myself and my nervous system, so I can keep doing them! If you're wanting to be more visibile I highly recommend coming up with your version of a visibility challenge to support you. PS. One of the things that has been helping me show up for my challenge is having an anchor song that I play when I do my visibility acts and it's currently the song Golden from the K-Pop Demon Hunters soundtrack 🙊

I love that your biggest lesson is to support yourself and your nervous system ✨️ This just clicked with me because I've spent weeks getting out of a flare with rolling PEM that's probably been going on for months! I joined this community to stay in the loop for when I re-start my business journey, and your lesson here is one I'm going to remember to apply as a daily thing when putting into practice everything I learn here 🥰

Welcome to The Visibility Vault 🌟 I'm so glad you're here! This is a public space for coaches, healers, Skool community, and other small business owners doing real work behind the scenes who want to get better at sharing it… in a way that actually feels sustainable. Over and over again, I’ve seen that being seen is one of the biggest challenges for introverted, highly sensitive, and neurodivergent solopreneurs. And I get it - I'm on this journey too. So I’m documenting my own visibility experiments here, and inviting you along. I’m building this out in real time. 🔬 You’ll see what I’m testing, sharing, and experimenting with each week and you’re welcome to follow along, try things for yourself, and share as you go. The aim? To gently expand your visibility without the cycle of finally posting… and then disappearing for months (or just not sharing at all) 🌟 How to use this space: Start simple: - Watch or read something that stands out to you - Try one small way of sharing your work - If you want to, post what you’re working on or experimenting with and how it's going That’s it. Your first tiny visibility step, if you wish to take it: 👋 Introduce yourself Drop a comment below and share: - Your name - What kind of work you do - One thing you’ve been meaning to share but haven’t yet ‼️ A Quick Note This is a public space, so posts here are visible outside the group (similar to posting on social media) If you’re looking for more privacy, structure, or support, you’re welcome to explore my private community, The Cozy Business Quest. Looking forward to seeing you share your work! - Katherine

@Solange Umo Hi Solange ive also had a break from business for nearly a year, and finding it hard to be visible again.
I used one of the 30 posting prompts today ...
I got to Level 2 (yay! 🎉) and was able to access the Posting prompts. (Thanks for the gift @Katherine Mackenzie-Smith ) I was reading down the list was inspired to immediately take a pic and just post something...and not think about it! What I shared: "It's 2:30 p.m. and I'm just getting to ME https://www.instagram.com/p/DW4i048ElNE/?igsh=a2FrMWUxa3R0eHow Where I shared it: IG post, reels, stories, FB, my skool group How it felt: I'm feeling a bit itchy and uncomfortable about just posting this very un-curated piece of content, but it was what was going on and real about my day.

Incentive to get to level 2 💡
If you've just joined, don't overthink this...
You don’t need a content plan or schedule. You don’t need to “get clear.” Just start here: 👉 What’s one thing you’ve worked on recently that you could share? It could be: - Something you created - Something you helped a client (or yourself) with - Something you’ve been thinking about - Something you’re figuring out If you want to take a step today: Share it somewhere (or even just write it out) And if you’d like, drop it (or a link to your piece of content) below ⤵️

I love the idea of NOT having a plan or schedule!
