Hi guys! So far, Reta has been working and I really can’t complain. However, I’ve noticed that I’m waking up with intense acid reflux in the mornings like a really strong burning sensation. Why is this happening, and what can I do to prevent it? Could it be because I drank a sleep tea last night? (That was the only change I made, and I woke up like this.) Any advice would help!
