Everything Changed When I Started Doing This
There is one skill nowadays that is really underrated. So underrated in fact that it is probably one of the biggest contributing factors to why people think their goals are harder than they are. Combine this habit with consistency and you are ahead of 99% of people. Break down your goals. Get to the root of your goal instead of looking at the whole picture. I want to make an income online. Okay I know networking is important, I know that I need constancy, that essentially this capitalist society is a value exchange at a very basic level and that if you see someone with something 99% of the time you can copy what they did to get that same thing. And because people are motivated by money. They might just charge to teach me, or if I know them on some personal level offer me help if I act as a testimonial for them (rare but possible). So if I learn from someone, act consistently and network then if I work at it long enough then the odds are stacked in my favour. (No I don't sell courses) Or if you have a goal that involves numbers. I want to do X amount of something by X timeframe. Divide the numbers down to what you can do daily. I want to run a marathon. Workout your timeframe. Workout how much you need to increase your load everyday bit by bit to hit your goal. And if you don't reach the goal then most likely your timeframe was unrealistic. To tell if your timeframe is realistic is another topic and requires understanding your own circumstance. And what I am saying is not new or revolutionary. Simple. Broken down steps. That personally has helped me achieve some shocking results. Not overnight. But overtime. There was once a wise man that once told me. "Something you learn in a day you lose in a day, something you learn over a year you lose over a year." If you were to practice something for a week and give it up. Come back one week later and it is gone. Something you practice over a year takes a year to lose. This applies to lots of areas of life.
