New here — built AI tools for 2 years, still learning every day
Hey everyone — Jacky here, just joined from Switzerland. I build AI-powered SaaS tools (image generation, video pipelines, brand intelligence). One thing that surprised me shipping AI to real users: the model matters way less than people think. We tested Gemini, Kling, Flux, Stable Diffusion — the biggest quality jumps always came from improving the workflow around the model, not from switching models. A great process with an average model beats a messy process with the best model. Every single time. That's exactly why this community's focus on "real & repeatable results" resonated with me. The repeatable part is where the magic actually lives. Excited to share what I've learned building these tools (especially the failures — those teach faster) and to learn from how this group approaches AI. Genuine question for you all: do you use AI mainly to speed up what you already do — or to create entirely new things you never could have done before?

@AI Advantage Team Appreciate that! Concrete example — we run Gemini 3 Pro for AI image generation. When we first plugged it in, results were hit-or-miss. Then we added a preprocessing step that analyzes the product photo before building the prompt. Quality jumped dramatically without changing the model at all. The model was never the bottleneck — the input was. Curious what patterns you see in this community — do most people here over-invest in model selection vs. workflow design?

@John Taylor Thanks John! Are you more on the exploring side with AI tools or already using them for something specific? Curious what caught your eye here.
Gemini is Now the Best All-in-One AI & More AI Use Cases
In this video, I go over the various updates and releases from Google and Anthropic, discusses the upcoming AI hardware releases from Apple and OpenAI, tests out a frankly creepy demo of a live interactive AI avatar, and more. Enjoy!

The "all-in-one" framing undersells what's actually different about Gemini for image generation. We run Gemini 3 Pro in production for AI product photography — having native image gen inside the same model that does reasoning means you can analyze a product photo and generate variations in one context. No separate vision API + image model + prompt engineering chain. @Michael Janzen Same split here — Claude for building the system, Gemini for powering it. Genuinely curious though: has anyone found a case where all-in-one actually outperformed chaining specialists? In our experience the single-context advantage is real but narrow.
