I’ve thought of skating like learning to play spades. If you didn’t learn before 17, it’s too late for you. But at 41, I’ve bought a pair of skates and PPE, so let me see how much I can learn without breaking anything important

Hello, I’m Jackie. I’m so excited to finally take the plunge to finally learn to skate. I’ve been wanting to learn for years, but life always got in the way. I decide to just go for it and start living and enjoying life in my busy schedule. I watch folks on YouTube in skate videos all the time and just admire the peace and grace of skating. I’m 60 years young, live to hike and I am ready to learn and grow with the spirt of roller skating.🤙🏽

Hey peeps! I haven’t posted in a bit but I have still been skating and trying to progress. I have been working on pivots. I’ll put a video in of me and my partner practicing. The 2 foot is coming along but I can’t do a one foot pivot to save my life. So any suggestions on how to do that would be helpful!!

Good morning all, I have a pair of moxi strawberry lemonade roller skates, size 7, warn once to practice skating 4 years ago when my daughter tried teaching me. Life got in the way, surgery on a toe and now I can get my foot in the skates. Is anyone is interested in buying them for $75. They are literally like new. I bought a new pair and waiting for them to arrive . Super excited to get started.
