I’ve thought of skating like learning to play spades. If you didn’t learn before 17, it’s too late for you. But at 41, I’ve bought a pair of skates and PPE, so let me see how much I can learn without breaking anything important

Nothing important
I don’t know if anyone else here has pets… But the looks on my dogs’ faces as I rolled through the house for the first time… Priceless! The look I got was somewhere in between alarm and judgment 🤣 How about y’all? Can you skate around your pets? Do they want to fight the skates? Do they try to trip you? 🛼🐶

@Aleeta Powe that’s what my dog kind of did. He looked at me scared then when I fell he ran downstairs. I’m convinced he only liked me because I feed him
