Emotion code/Monadnock Food Co-Op
Drove to Keene yesterday for my first Emotion Code visit. It was so enlightening and worth the drive (have to admit got lost though within a block of the office!). 🤪 Brighter made me feel so comfortable and was so easy to talk to. She made something that is outside of my comfort zone and new to me so easy to understand and embrace. So shout out to Brighter!!! On my way out I stopped at the Monadnock Food Co-op and loved that place! If anyone goes to the office definitely worth popping in there. Wish we had one closer to me, 1 1/2 hours each way is a tough grocery run!

Week 3 of eliminating foods
Hi everyone! Looking to see what great ideas you all have as more foods are eliminated during the first six weeks. I have looked at the favorite recipes, and am pretty much at meat and vegetables but sometimes the best ideas come from those who went before you. Any ideas, tips, favorite go to's?
