Merry Christmas πŸŽ…
Would I ruin your holidays of I say Merry Christmas and Happy holidays?🀣 But for real, this is by far the best and the most active community I've been a part of, and the value here is beyond any words that I can find to describe it! And it's all because of you fine people! Wishing everyone good prospects and as much meetings booked as you can possibly handleπŸ™ Amen
Weird ratio
I've been always tracking this ratio since I sold my business and started working for a company. I call it ROIS (Return on Ivan Spend). It's a ration between how much Revenue I generate to How much I'm getting paid (Revenue generated devided by compensation). For past two years I've been at 6-7x. So, basically a very good ad campaigns if you ask me πŸ˜… But what I found out, is that if that number is below 3x, it's actually costing that business to keep your considering all the other expenses. Do you think it's a healthy metric to track and should we judge sales people's performance with that?

How do you tackle angry leads when calling personal numbers?
I often obtain numbers that are the personal numbers of my leads. Especially when calling within Europe, my leads frequently get frustrated/angry and demand an explanation as to how I got their numbers. How do we deescalate situations like this? Any methods that work best?

Someone already mentioned this but here it is again. I call CEOs or Operators of seven figure ecommerce businesses. Whenever they ask me Where did you get my number? I just say "If I told you I Googled the best ecommerce operators on the planet, and your number showed up, would you believe that?" We usually have a quick chuckle and move on to the next thing....if they persist, just be honest "I found it on the public database" or however you found the number. Stole this one from @Giulio Segantini , and it's magical πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜Ž
Cold-Calling Health clinic
How would you start your cold-call conversation when you are trying to offer a free trial for your service, when calling a gatekeeper cellphone?

Check out Most Hated Sales Trainer (IM NOT ASSOSIATED OR AFFILIATED WITH HIM IN ANY WAY) He has some Insanely good cold calling content and some specifically on how to work around gatekeepers. It was life changing for me so I'm just sharing a good resource. Please don't ban me πŸ€£πŸ™
Frameworks?
In classroom, I can’t unlock level 2 even though Iv done everything I am supposed to do in level one… am I missing something? Also is there a specific framework we can use for cold calling?

You gotta engage with posting, commenting, anf receiving comment replies to level up) Just like you are doing with this post πŸ˜‰ And here's a good framework that works for me: - Prep (find good leads...whatever good means for you. For example: I only cold call leads I've emailed before or sent a LinkedIn connection request) - Call them and test out different openers: My goal is always to have them Agree on giving me 30 seconds to listen to what I have to say - Do your pitch, but finish with a question, always πŸ˜‰ - Actively listen and be ready to handle some objections. Hear a pain point you can potentially fix? Push on it and book your meeting (or whatever you ideal outcome is) - Follow up proactively, and do it a lot - Last step is don't forget to share how it's going with the community πŸ˜‰πŸ˜Ž
