get the double amount of proteins of your bodyweight in grams so if you’re 90kgs get 180g, track your calories and lift 3-6 times a week

attack with you hands generate knockback and peek After peeking as soon as you feel the o lineman trying to push you squeeze down the b gap and when you feel the rb coming at you you peek again and shed
Run Game
How do I squeeze and replace o-linemen that are bigger and stronger than me in the run game.

strike with hands, eyes under the o lineman’s chin and generate as much knockback as possible then peek and shed
Struggle Bulking
I’m D End going into my junior season and I’ve been shy of around 180 lbs for a long time now, I’ve been trying to gain weight because I know that just isn’t gonna cut it forever, but I had problems committing to eating more and consuming more protein. I want to be committed but it feels so unnatural for me. I’d like to get to 200 at least and everyone around me tells me I could somewhat quick if I just legitimately put my mind to it but I’m having trouble with actually going about it, any tips from anybody?

track your calories and also search up how many calories you need a day in the internet Also eating high calorie fats helps too, eat natural fats like peanut butter and milk and my recommendation is mix them with protein shakes and your morning toast and lastly make sure to lift consistently and have a balanced diet

never bulk mainly with processed foods they’re not good for you i’d say eating them is okay but with moderation
