Age is not a limiter Your beliefs about what age and time is… is the limiter You are an infinite being Able to traverse past, future and present Your body is a vehicle that houses the infinite Your awareness that you are not a body and that you are the presence within it will dictate how free, flexible and strong your body becomes Your body is a tool you are not your body in order to fully express the infinite codes and spiritual kingdom you must expand the capacity of your body Your lungs, your fascia, your muscles, your nervous system, your blood flow … every aspect of your body is ready to expand Not for the aesthetics and abs but for the attunement and awakening
