You're not burned out on AI. You're burned out on rebuilding.
Last 90 days: - OpenAI dropped Codex - Gemini launched Antigravity - Anthropic shipped Claude Code, CoWork, Managed Agents, Routines - Perplexity launched Computer - OpenClaw, NemoClaw, three more "claws" stacked on Claude - n8n added Think and 30+ integrations - Three voice platforms each shipped "memory" Track everything, ship nothing. Track none of it, ship legacy from day one. Most operators are doing option three. Patching live. Praying the patch holds till the next release. That's not learning. That's maintenance debt with a marketing budget. "The more I learn, the less I earn" is literal math now. The half-life of operator knowledge collapsed from years to weeks. At some point you cauterize the wound — pick 3 tools you trust, build deep, let the rest of the field run past you. The operators still ahead in 18 months won't be the ones who chased every release. They'll be the ones who picked their ground and held it. So the real question isn't which tool launched this week. It's whether you're still managing your agents, or they're managing you. What's the first tool you'd rip out if you started fresh today?

@Faaz Khan What did you actually end up cutting?

@Lana Frei it is chaos right now for operators. Have you experienced that as well?
How are you handling multiple clients (Architecture question)
Quick question for the agency builders here: what's your setup for managing n8n across multiple clients? I've been going back and forth between a few approaches (dedicated instances, shared instance with naming conventions, Docker per client) and every one has tradeoffs. Curious what's actually working for people running 5+ clients.

Folders and naming work… until scale. At 5+ clients the problem shifts from “where is everything?” to “what’s running where and is it still behaving the same?” That layer feels completely missing right now.

@Michael Frostbutter Makes sense — that’s where a lot of people are heading. The tricky part I’ve seen isn’t just managing multiple instances though… it’s keeping behavior consistent once each client starts diverging (prompts, logic, edge cases). Curious how you’re thinking about that layer vs just infra/orchestration?
n8n is dead or is it?
Go to YouTube right now. What's the most talked about tool? Claude. In March alone, Anthropic dropped 10+ new Claude features. While n8n has lost its spot in the limelight. Guess what's happening in the background though? It's still growing on GitHub. When I started with n8n in October, they had 150k stars. Now? 180k. And this is from folks who go into GitHub and star it. Think of all the people creating an account right now and not login into Github to give them a star. This is why I'm not panicking about the Claude craze. And just so you know businesses are still using Zapier today. It's not about the tools. It's about solving problems. Here's some food for thoughts: I've worked with 35+ clients for the past 6 months. Not one person has asked me to build with Claude. I still use Claude to help me build, but they did not care when I built... - A lead nurturing system for WhatsApp. - A customer service AI agent. - A Meta ads AI bot that analyzes your ads. They didn't ask me about Claude. They had a problem and asked me to solve it. I gave them suggestions on what to use and they said "ok, cool, let's fix it". So if you think you need to use Claude or you'll fall behind, you won't. Not as long as you can solve real business problems.

@Chris Jadama n8n isn’t dead — it’s just becoming infrastructure. Claude makes building easier, but once you’re managing multiple workflows, the real problem becomes keeping everything stable and consistent.
Anyone still building with n8n?
Claude Code here, Claude Code there... "n8n is dead" - literally anyone for over 1m times now. so who here is still building with n8n? Lets share some projects below!

N8n is not dead. The hype is
Managed Agents won't kill your automation stack — they'll just become layer 6
Anthropic just dropped managed agents and routines. Everyone's asking "does this replace n8n?" Short answer: no. Here's why. Routines are time-based only. No webhooks. No event triggers. Research preview. The Register called them "mildly clever cron jobs." Managed agents? Powerful — but single-task. No multi-tenant awareness. No version tracking across clients. No rollback. So what actually happens in a real agency stack: → n8n for event-driven workflows → Claude routines for scheduled reasoning → Make for the stuff already wired up → Custom scripts for edge cases → GHL sub-accounts held together with prayer → Now managed agents on top of all of it 6 dashboards. Zero shared view of what's actually running. Every new tool solves one problem and adds another integration to maintain. The issue was never which tool — it's that nobody's tracking what's running across all of them. If you're past 8 clients and feeling the duct tape — comment "SPRAWL" and I'll send you a scaling audit that maps exactly where the drift is hiding before it hits your clients.

@Lade A I would start with the most time consuming task for you or a business partner.
