How To Re-connect to Emotions To Manifest Better🫀

And emotion is your feminine energy, the part of you that tells the universe what to create.👁️ If you’re disconnected from it, manifestation will be hard no matter how much you visualize because you lack the ability to feel emotions clearly. Here’s some steps you can take immediately to reconnect to your emotions: 1. Get in your body.🧘♀️ When you feel discomfort, stop running to your head.Pause. Breathe into your body. Ask: What am I feeling? Where is it in my body? 2. Touch yourself with presence.🫳 Gently run your hands on your skin, fully present.This reactivates your sensory system and helps you feel again. 3. Feel the discomfort.🫥 When you suppress fear or grief, you shut down joy and pleasure too. Breathe into discomfort in your body. Notice when you try to "solve" things externally and realize you are most likely distracting yourself from an emotion and remind yourself:✨ It’s safe to feel, it's okay to feel, validate emotions.
