Rejection-proof your cold emails 💪 Cold outreach = Thick skin required 🛡️
I can't believe this dude really reacted like this when someone saw through his cold pitch... (image attached) (Who calls people goons? haha) Yikes, right? If you're doing cold outreach, you gotta have thicker skin than that, because rejection is part of the game, you have to accept it. However… I also understand that enough rejection will take its toll on anyone, even if you have thick skin akin to a battle-worn rhino’s 🦏 But here's the thing: you can dramatically lower your rejection rates, and keep your mental health intact with a few simple guidelines: ✅ Avoid The Obvious Signs-The guy above made it obvious he was about to pitch, and the prospect could smell the pitch coming from a mile away… 1. No fake rapport building ("How's business?")  2. Avoid cliché subject lines ("Quick question")  3. Skip the generic "Hey NAME" opener. Prospects can smell these from a mile away. Be original! ✅ Master the follow-up 80% of sales happen after you follow up, so make sure to email them at least 4 times, and try messaging them on other platforms if they’re reading your emails but aren’t responding. Don't give up after one email. Create a strategic follow-up sequence that adds value at each touch point, and across multiple platforms. Remember persistence is key. ✅ Offer Value Upfront: No one wants to be cold-pitched or even likes to be cold-pitched… just think about it, you most likely don’t have something they want or need, and you’re interrupting their day to try and sell them with that thing they don’t want or need. So lead with something they actually care about. Make them think, "Huh, this might be worth my time." Look, rejection is part of the game. But with these tips, you'll be hearing "yes" a lot more often.

SETTING CAMPAIGNS FOR MARKETING
Setting campaigns for marketing involves defining specific goals, objectives, and strategies for promoting a product, service, or brand. Here are the steps to set effective marketing campaigns: 1. Define the goal: Determine what you want to achieve with your marketing campaign. Is it to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, or boost sales? 2. Identify the target audience: Who is your target audience? What are their demographics, interests, and behaviors? What are their pain points and challenges? 3. Conduct market research: Gather information about your competitors, market trends, and customer needs. This will help you develop a unique value proposition and messaging. 4. Develop a unique value proposition (UVP): Clearly define what sets your product or service apart from the competition. 5. Create a messaging framework: Develop a consistent messaging framework that communicates your UVP to your target audience. 6. Choose the right marketing channels: Select the marketing channels that best reach your target audience and align with your goals. For example, social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising, etc. 7. Set specific metrics and KPIs: Define how you will measure the success of your campaign. This could include metrics such as website traffic, conversions, lead generation, or sales. 8. Develop a budget and timeline: Establish a budget for your campaign and create a timeline for execution. 9. Assign tasks and responsibilities: Identify who is responsible for each task and ensure that everyone is clear on their roles and expectations. 10. Launch and monitor the campaign: Launch your campaign and monitor its progress regularly. Make adjustments as needed to optimize performance.

agree .. bringing the focus to a campaign does seem to remove some of the "luck" element :) thanks for sharing this
Closed a 200k+ contract this week 🚨
I was a bit silent this week, because we were working on two deals for our recruitment company. One of them we closed last week for 40k, but we had the feeling there could be more money to make, so we renegotiated it this week. Turned out to become a 200k (in best case 250k depending on commissions) deal. (Currency is EUR which is more or less the same the USD.) The initial deal was about 4 months for 10k each, as a trial period with an additional potential 10k commission over time. Since the company did asked questions about other services we made another offer to do additional services, which they were interested in. Finally we closed this: 17k a month over 12 months, with commissions coming on top of it. So that makes a bit over 200k guaranteed with commission potential between 40 and 60k.
