Weekly goals Workouts on MWF (today’s is already done) 10k steps on average, aiming for 12k on non-workout days <2,000 calories each day. I’m sitting at 170 lbs. I want to get to 160 before the end of April. So need to be losing more than 1lb weekly
Who’s crushing the first week!
Let’s hear some wins from this week so far. Calories on point? Getting in daily steps? Personal records on a particular lift? These are the first weeks that build long lasting habits that promote a lean, muscular healthy body. Let’s go!

Wasn’t the best first week due to being off-schedule with travel for work. Up on the scale several lbs. Going to dial it in this week.
We start today.
Make sure you take before pictures - front, side and back (flexed and relaxed) Waist measurements as well Make sure your schedule is all set up as well to crush the first week, let’s go!!

Fine! The challenge will be sticking to a nutrition plan since I’m out of town. Can’t really track calories so aiming for just 2 meals per day and no snacking
Tips with appetizers/shareable food
Often on the weekends, we’ll hit a Mexican spot with the typical free chips and salsa. More often than not, I find myself going overboard with it. What’s a good approach to these situations?

@Rick Agnessi coach I’m going to follow the 2 day plan. I’m traveling for work so stuck with the hotel gym + eating out a fair bit this week so I won’t really be able to stick to it 100% until next week
Introduce yourselves :)
Let's all give a quick introduction, where were from and about our goals these next few months

Ian from TN. Looking to dial in my nutrition, particularly on the weekends when I often go off-plan.
