Lethargic and brain fog?
Not sure if its from the cycles or just coincidence but I have never been so tired and just out of it on a daily consistent basis. Any recommendations to get outta this? My last few cycles consisted of... Rad 140 Carderine Mk677 Enclomiphene Not all these were taken at once just my compounds over the last few cycles in a list.

Hight cortisol (stress and or lack of deep sleep) plus the compounds.. MK677 will cause Lethargy by design… ease back and get other hormones in check with Vitamin B complex , high dose vit D3, magnesium and zinc 👊
Gut issue plus brain fog.

You should temporarily simplify your food intake and remove the most common gut irritants. For most people this means eliminating alcohol, ultra-processed foods, seed-oil-heavy junk food, excess sugar, and artificial sweeteners. Protein intake is critical for both gut repair and body recomposition. Undereating protein is a major reason people remain skinny with fat bloat belly and mentally flat.

Over rated. The only meaningful dose in the pills is Berberine,, all the other components well below what is needed to effect blood sugar spikes and protect insulin sensitivity. Shuttling carbs into muscled is a sales hype pitch. FACTS SLIN formula includes several ingredients associated with glucose control, but berberine is the only component dosed at a level that is clearly supported by human research. At roughly 500 mg per serving, it aligns with commonly used effective ranges. In contrast, the remaining ingredients (ALA, bitter melon, chromium, fenugreek, banaba, flavonoids, etc.) are present at minimal doses that are well below amounts typically shown to meaningfully improve insulin sensitivity or blunt glucose spikes in clinical studies. Their contribution is likely marginal at best. Regarding cinnamon, the label does not specify Ceylon (Cinnamomum verum) or a standardized extract, which strongly suggests it is standard cinnamon (likely Cassia). Standard cinnamon has weaker and inconsistent evidence for glycemic control, especially at low doses, and its impact here would be negligible. In practical terms, SLIN functions largely as a berberine delivery product with cosmetic add-ons, rather than a fully dosed, multi-ingredient insulin support formula. true nutrient partitioning requires insulin signaling changes driven by training, glycogen depletion, and overall metabolic context no single oral supplement achieved this. Better option , Berberine supplementation alone one hour before high carb/ sugar meals. CEYLON cinnamon is useful NOT Cassia cinnamon. Much more cost effective to purchase those two active ingredients and supplement separately saving a lot of $$ Hope that helps everyone 🤜💥🤛

subcutaneous injections once per day in the morning for mitochondrial support or energy anti-fatigue goals. Typical informal ranges people report are about 1–10 mg per day, sometimes a bit higher, with many running it for 4–12 weeks as a cycle. Some start very low and work up if tolerated. Many report things like energy recovery or subtle mitochondrial effects after the first week or two. Responses vary a lot person to person, and some feel it more strongly than others. For me don’t feel much at low doses (even upping from 4 mg to 50 mg with no obvious effect, possibly a sligjtvenergy increase but nothing big..) and think any impact is subtle and slow, not immediate. but everyone react differently. Hope that helps 👊
Tesofensine usage
I've seen numerous boards on tesofensine and I still have confusion. I got the best use is in the morning However, I'm completely confused on how often. I've seen posts and videos saying every 5 days, every 7 days, 9 days, etc. So I'm understanding not daily? Is there a recommended protocol on how many days it's to be used? It seems to be I only find it used in conjunction with other compounds, but nothing on the exact use of this. Last thing I want is too much in my system, or not enough to be effective. Sad to say, tesofensine seems to be referenced as an afterthought, and even seeing Tony's 2 part Tesofensine 101, I'm still lost on dosing and how often, for proper protocol!

Tesofensine has a long half-life (around 7–9 days), so it is not meant to be taken daily.that said plenty of people do take it daily for its noticeable effects.. for me personally it does very little but everyone os different A clean, common protocol is 0.25–0.5 mg once per week, taken in the morning. Some dose every 5–7 days, but weekly is usually enough. Although it builds up over time, some people feel appetite suppression and stimulation within the first few days if they respond strongly. (not my case) Full effects typically stabilize over 1–3 weeks. Best advice is start low, dose weekly, and don’t chase faster results.
