Hi there. I'm finally feeling better after a long flu/cold. I'm looking forward to running my kiln in the next couple days. My last during was a disaster after one of my shelves broke during firing. Here are the before and after pictures.

Hello there. Here are some pictures of what I took out of the kiln. Since I can only post 10 pics I'm only showing the ones I liked 👍 The numbers are written on my pictures 😊 If you have any questions feel free to ask. 1) 2 x birch over 2 x cordovan with swishes of light Flux 2) 2 x albany slip brown with textured kiwi x2 on rim. I think firing to cone 7 made the green turn brown 3 )this was the same as #1 4) 2 x blue surf and 2 x sandstone with 2 x honey Flux where they meet 5) from left to right 2 x peppered plum with 2 x river birch and light Flux where they meet. Next is river birch x 2 and holly green x 3 with light Flux where they meet, the obsidian x 3 on top and bottom with ink spots in the middle x 2 6) 2 x peppered plum and 2 x honey Flux and light Flux where they meet 7) sunrise x 2, curry x 2 and shallot x 2 on the bottom 8) cactus x 2 with birch x 2 curry on the inside 9) these bowls were turtle shell combo but since it overtired it lost it. It's albany slip brown x 2 , running hot chowder dots x 2 then iron lustre x 1 10) 2 x soft white

Mia (Pottery To The People) made some adorable little candlesticks with animal figures for the holidays. My challenge is, what can you come up with for festive, unusual candlesticks? Here we go. My last 3 loads have been no fun. First my elements had to be replaced, then my relays, in the last one my shelf broke and it overtired because I copied someone's schedule that used a 2200 top temp. Silly me what was i thinking, everything's new so it's going to cook hotter. I'll back to Camille Hoffmans schedule now and it's packed lol 😆 Yikes!
