when i've practiced
I don't know about anyone else with a pet, but my cat got weirded out a couple of times when I was practicing some of the energizing techniques. 😄 wide eyes and scampered away

Hi all! I’m Holly from North Dakota. I am very new to breathwork, but signed up for the 3-day immersion class on a whim and absolutely loved it. I teach special education at the elementary level. My team and I have implemented a behavior resource room at my school in order to give students a safe place to get themselves regulated. Day 3 of the course made it very clear to me that this is the next path for me, and I am so excited to jump in! I feel deep in my heart that breathwork is what is missing with my students and could be a game changer moving forward. I look forward to learning and joining a community of others that believe in the same work. 💗
