ESA (Emotional Support Animals) in Co-living
I would like to know how you have dealt with ESA or Service animal requests in your co-living properties. Thanks in advance.

@Jarrod Ochsenbein yeap that happened to me. What's worse it caught me by surprise when I walked in the property. Since the person had the ESA paperwork, I had to allow it.

Hello all!
I just heard from Jarrod about this community on a call this morning and it's such a good idea to have a space dedicated for co-living. I have one rent-by-room property now and have another one under contract. Looking forward to sharing and learning from everyone!
