Week 3: Day 21 Content Hooks
POST 1 Content Pillar: Personal Stories, Experiences & Connection Mission: ATTRACT + NURTURE ENGLISH Hook: Something I've always loved, even when life gets busy, is [YOUR HOBBY, INTEREST OR SOMETHING YOU GENUINELY ENJOY]. Sub Hook: It's one of those things that reminds me there's more to life than work and responsibilities. Cover Hook: A little thing that makes me happy 🤎 Talking Points: - Share what your hobby, interest or passion is. - Tell people how you first got into it. - What do you enjoy most about it? - Is it something you've loved since childhood, or something you discovered later in life? - Share a funny, memorable or unexpected moment connected to it. - Explain what it gives you: peace, excitement, creativity, a challenge, or simply a break from everyday life. - Is there something about it that people who know you might find surprising? - Share a photo or short clip of you doing it, if you have one. - If it has taught you something about yourself, share that naturally. Don't force a life lesson if there isn't one. - Let people see a side of you that they wouldn't necessarily discover from your usual business posts. Caption: I could talk about [YOUR HOBBY OR INTEREST] for ages. 😂 I don't know if it's the [WHAT YOU LOVE ABOUT IT], or just the fact that I get to forget about everything else for a little while. Life gets so busy sometimes that we forget to make time for the things we enjoy just because we enjoy them. Anyway, that's a little piece of me you might not have known. Now I'm curious... what's something you absolutely love doing, even if you're not particularly good at it? 😂 CTA: Tell me what yours is in the comments. I'm always interested in finding out what people enjoy outside their everyday responsibilities. AFRIKAANS Hook: Een ding waarvoor ek altyd lief sal wees, al raak die lewe hoe besig, is [JOU STOKPERDJIE, BELANGSTELLING OF IETS WAT JY REGTIG GENIET]. Sub Hook: Dis een van daai dinge wat my herinner dat die lewe darem oor meer as werk en verantwoordelikhede gaan.
Dankie Hester.

@Jienie Van vuuren Baie dankie Jienie
Week Dag 8
If I could go back and talk to the version of me who was struggling with _______ I would tell her: Ek het vir baie jare gesukkel met die gedagte van "die gemiddelde kind" op skool en was tot onlangs oortuig dat ek nie iets heeltemal anders kon aanpak en vir myself beter kon doen aswat ek reeds geleer het met my hande doen nie. Was bang vir tegnologie. Na ek die mindshift moes en gedoen het,het ek besef dat ek in baie meer staat is,om baie nuwe dinge te leer en bou en kan reeds 'n verskil sien. So dit wat ander my laat glo het,het my baie terug gehou in my lewe.
Wees versigtig

Dankie vir die waarskuwing.
Week 2: Day 18 Content Hooks
POST 1 Content Pillar: My Kind of Normal Hook Angle: The Sunday Reset That Doesn't Go According to Plan ENGLISH Hook: My Sunday reset usually starts with good intentions and ends with me wondering why I'm suddenly reorganising a cupboard. 😂 Sub Hook: I started with one simple task. Somehow, I've opened five other projects and forgotten what I was supposed to be doing. Cover Hook: The Sunday Reset Has Gone Rogue 😂 Talking Points: - There's something about Sunday that makes you feel like you should get your entire life organised before Monday arrives. - You start with a simple plan: tidy up, prepare for the week and get a few things done. - Then you notice something that needs attention. - You go to fix that one thing and discover three other things that need sorting out. - Before you know it, you're standing in a cupboard wondering how you ended up there. - Maybe you planned to prepare meals but somehow started cleaning out the fridge instead. - Perhaps you wanted to organise your diary, but now you're sorting through old paperwork. - And let's not even talk about the laundry that seems to multiply when nobody is looking. - Sometimes a little preparation really does make Monday easier. - Having your essentials ready, checking your calendar or writing down your priorities can help you feel less rushed. - But you don't have to transform your entire home and life in one afternoon. - You don't need a colour-coded schedule, matching storage containers and a completely new personality by Monday morning. - Pick the few things that will genuinely make the coming week easier. - Leave the rest for another day if you need to. - A Sunday reset should support your life, not become another reason to feel behind. - And if all you manage today is preparing your coffee station and finding your keys, we're counting that as a start. 😂 Caption: Sunday: the day you decide you're going to get your life together before the new week starts. You make a plan. You're motivated. You're ready.
