Day 24 ✅: My health character is named Helene Adé (aka H3 - Healthy, Healed Helene). Today, she would journal and meditate, because that is her regular practice. She is calm, centered and not overreactive.
Day 60 ✅: The biggest identity shift I’ve made is returning to prioritizing myself. My needs are no longer an afterthought. They are scheduled into my day.
Day 61 ✅: I’m continuing with journaling at the breakfast table (after breakfast) as my anchor routine. I keep my journal there, so it is an easy trigger. I will continue with the behaviors I developed along the way. Showing up for myself is who I am now.
