Day 60 ✅: The biggest identity shift I’ve made is returning to prioritizing myself. My needs are no longer an afterthought. They are scheduled into my day.
Day 61 ✅: I’m continuing with journaling at the breakfast table (after breakfast) as my anchor routine. I keep my journal there, so it is an easy trigger. I will continue with the behaviors I developed along the way. Showing up for myself is who I am now.
Day 24: My health character is named Adé, which means royalty in Yoruba. Today, she would be intentional about rest. She takes seriously her routine of training, nutrition, and recovery. Today she is gifting herself a 15 minute nap in appreciation for all of her hard work.
