Be guilt free
As a single mom or dad, you're likely no stranger to putting others first. You're a superhero, juggling work, parenting, and life's countless responsibilities. But here's the thing: taking a break isn't selfish, it's essential. Sleeping in and giving yourself permission to be lazy can be a powerful act of self-care. It's not about being indulgent; it's about recharging your batteries so you can be the best parent you can be. So, the next time you have a chance to sleep in, take it. Let the laundry wait, let the dishes wait, and let yourself sleep. Your kids will benefit from a happier, healthier you. You deserve it. Take a deep breath, hit snooze, and enjoy the quiet morning hours. You've got this, and you've earned it.🥰

My husband works away (so I'm running solo during the week) and after a serious ankle injury I have had to do exactly this. The first week of resting and just letting jobs wait was really stressful, but now I am into week 3 I am actually starting to relax and there is a spaciousness inside me that has opened up. It feels like time has slowed down, I have a lot more clarity, and my priorities have shifted. I am still chipping away at the housework and other jobs, but I have just let go of the, way to high, expectations I had on myself. This forced rest has been a very interesting journey to navigate, but it really is important to take that time for yourself and enjoy life....we are human BEings, not human DOings.
Sorry, I don’t do prostitutes… But, as part of the anti blitz
I think those who are starting to get to know me realize I’m a world traveler and I an appreciate experiences. Quite frequently when I take off to a foreign country I might go to like a barber and get one of those straight edge, razor, shaves, or I’ll go to beautician and just have them wash my hair so I can relax for 15 minutes and get head massage …Which I decided to do today: Normally, I never let a blow dryer touch my hair, but I was having so much fun with Anantha, the gal who washed my hair and we were laughing so much that I just decided to go ahead and let her do her thing, so she gives me a BRUSHING and I’ve never had one before, what do you think? Formal apology
I want to formally apologize to all Skool communities I belong in in going through hell and I am deeply sorry for posting YouTube videos instead of being more in the community does anyone know how to timeline shift for when your outside world has you in hell? Sorry and thanks for advice and I want to say thank you for not throwing me out of the community The win is to see how the world perceives me it’s not working for me and I need to change that that’s a win

So glad that you let us know you're ok, and sorry to hear that you've had such a hard time. Timeline shifts (in my experience) are all about where your frequency is at, your future vision and being really present in your decision making. If you think of each decision as a crossroad, where are you leading yourself? DM me @Anya Starseed if you feel you want some support, I may be able to connect in and see what is going on for you. 🙏🌟
