Since the last couple of weeks I have been charged an International Transaction fee when being sent my Fb advert invoice - for example this one $200 +$3.70 transaction fee? anyone know what this is? screen shot below thanks

When u turn an advert off - does it stop immediately (like all stops at that time - no longer seen) or does it still trickle through in feeds for a short time after?
