can someone tell me the difference between using /remote-control on claude code vs using channels?

Hello if anyone can help me, that would be great. I'm trying to write a skill that can automatically create me a script for my YouTube content; however I'm running into a roadblock. Should I allow Claude to access my Google Doc where I have the additional SOP instructions stored or should I just add that document into a reference file in Visual Studio?

Can someone tell the difference between claude code and cowork. is cowork just a beginner friendly version of claude code just with less versatility

I have always wounded this but, which is better Claude Code or Codex. I’ve heard that Claude Code is better but, there may be some things Codex shines in that Claude Code doesn’t overlap in. Curious to hear someone’s opinion.
