This has also allowed me to understand the foods that my body likes and does like . Understanding macronutrient ratios for my meals also keeps me full throughout the day - Mental Health: I went to therapy and I do not take any meds for my mental illness. I have ways to get myself out of negative headspaces so I don't spiral and lose track of my goals in life. Ive also been using peptides to help with TBIs and the results have been amazing. - Just doing it: I am starting to just try things and not care about the results. If it works the only way to find out is to try it and see, if it doesnt work then at least you tried. - Personal Success: I moved to a city straight out of college where I didnt know anyone to build a business as a health coach and personal trainer and built a 6 figure business in less then two years.
