5 Struggles
- ADHD, impulsiveness and procrastination: Ever since I can remember Ive always waited to the last second to complete any project no matter how big. I make very impulsive decisions that have caused negative permanent effects in my life.
- Binge Eating: If I go outside my meal plan I will binge eat the whole day versus just one meal. This will cause me to be mad at myself which can put me into a negative headspace which can become a cycle.
- Time management: My adhd causes my time management to be terrible. When it comes to scheduling clients, finishing a project or even meal prepping its very easy for me to throw it off until the last second which then puts me into a stressful situation.
- Depression and bipolar: I have dealt with depression since a child because of my childhood. It was made worse by having 6 concussions. It can become cyclical and my life will spiral quickly causing all my routines to go out the window which puts me into a further depression.
- Perfectionist/Imposter syndrome: I tend to go through paralysis by analysis, this leads to me to procrastinate further which in return makes me get nothing done at all. If i do get something done imposter syndrome can kick in

5 Contrasting Wins:
- Time Managment/ Procrastination: Because my time management is so poor I have to stay on top of it by creating a clear structure and systems for my day that are sustainable and enjoyable. This has allowed for my business and personal goals as a body builder to grow.
- Healthy Diet Habits: After eating healthy for so long anytime I eat like shit my whole body feels terrible so that helps prevent me from binge eating, I just remember what Im going to feel like the next day. This has also allowed me to understand the foods that my body likes and does like . Understanding macronutrient ratios for my meals also keeps me full throughout the day
- Mental Health: I went to therapy and I do not take any meds for my mental illness. I have ways to get myself out of negative headspaces so I don't spiral and lose track of my goals in life. Ive also been using peptides to help with TBIs and the results have been amazing.
- Just doing it: I am starting to just try things and not care about the results. If it works the only way to find out is to try it and see, if it doesnt work then at least you tried.
- Personal Success: I moved to a city straight out of college where I didnt know anyone to build a business as a health coach and personal trainer and built a 6 figure business in less then two years.
- I used to think one cheat meal wouldn't hurt until you wake up the next day
- If you think eating like shit only effects your weight dont forget about your mood and energy
- “One bad day wont hurt you” then you wake up the next feeling why it does

So when eating out make sure each food item is easily identifiable , this will make it easier to know what you're eating which can lessen the likely hood of any gut issues
