Day 1 steps
6.5k steps done. My goal was only 3k for first day but motivation was high. So its better to do more walk to keep myself warm in this cold 🥶

Introduction
Hi, I’m Samia Usman! Some of you may remember me from the premium community. I’m excited to be part of this group again. Last year, with the support of the premium TSK community, I lost 20 kg (from 85 to 65 kg)—a big milestone for me! I then took a break and maintained my weight for 8 months. Now I’m ready to set a new goal and lose another 7–8 kg with the help of this amazing community. I’m observing for a few days and will officially restart my journey next week, InshaAllah.

@Samia Usman I reduced from 79 to 70kg but weight was not my issue, the tummy is still have few inches to reduce. It was almost 38 and now stuck at 35 for the last few months. Target is 32 at least.
