Sometimes we don’t even realize how much we miss out on basic ethics, whether it’s work ethics, life ethics, or just simple manners in communication. I’d love if seniors and all members here could share their advice or stories about ethics. That way, we can all learn and improve together.

Back in 2020, one of my closest friends and I started working. I was 18, so I got a job, but he was under 18 and couldn’t get one, so he started working online. From that day, he has been doing it consistently and has made a couple of CR's. Meanwhile, I kept switching industries and fields. I’m also doing well in life, but he is way ahead in terms of success, he’s got everything: a house, a car, etc. Over these years, I’ve learned one thing: choose your field wisely and stick with it for a long time, and eventually you’ll reach where you want to be.

I need some advice from seniors, especially @Haroon Khalil I’ve been freelancing for quite a few years and already have some clients on platforms like X/Twitter and others. But I’m new to Upwork, so my question is: in order to grow my Upwork profile, should I ask my existing clients to place their orders on Upwork or not?
