So , basically we push ourselves in every workout(progressive overload)but after few weeks your recovery slows down or your strength starts declining and you feel exhausted ,so at that point we take a deload week I'm personally finding the right week to take it, but usually people take after 5weeks, it could depend on you when to take it
pullups
i can do only 8 pullups. it's the same from 2 months, how to increase it?

"Sometimes it's not that simple. If your reps aren't increasing, it might seem like you're making no progress, but it's possible your form is improving instead. However, if you want to increase your reps, consider adding weight or increasing the number of sets."
Advice regarding stretch marks?
I started getting back into calisthenics recently, however I've been getting stretch marks from even simple workouts like normal push-ups. Does anyone have any limits on how I can increase workload without causing a lot more stretch marks?
