Bent arm press to HS struggle
Hey guys, I am really stuck on my bent arm press to Handstand and I’m wondering If y’all have some tips for me or if it’s just a shoulder strength problem. (Training planche until I can tuck press is no option right now because of injury)

I can do a good controlled Eccentric, down from a HS Bit trying from the bottom or even from a Crow/Frog pose feels still impossibal Whats next? Try on the eccentric some stops/holds?
Discipline Rebuilt Me

@Pau Sorribas honestly i was always the pull up guy, but with heavy weights, i always feel a discomfort in the external rotation Still doing pullups in the lighter session during the week
