Overall, the workflow is quite complicated because I do some Clay trickery to save on credits: 1. I got a lead list from client 2. I found out similar companies in Clay 3. I started enriching the data FIRST on the company level (growth signals, hiring patterns, expansion news, tech stack their are using) 4. I used Clay to find 1-3 relevant people from each company 5. I built tabs based on what is the pain point for each persona (for example; User acquistion manager has different considerations than a marketing manager) 6. Now I have a Company tab, All people tab, Persona 1 tab, Persona 2 tab 7. I use the Lookup function to push enrichment data to each persona (so I only did the analysis once per company) 8. I used signals + person specific pain points to tailor the messaging Does this help? @Tomas Butora

Hey everyone, happy to see so many people here. Seems like we have a lot of sales / rev ops experience. I have a "growth as a service" company called GTMx - where I basically take care of all things growth. Be it outbound via Clay + other tools or creating cold calling scripts and lead nurturing flows. Currently I have 5 customers, 4 of them with retainer + rev share + equity. One with retainer only. Four customers are scale-ups and one is a 200Mโ‚ฌ year company. Goal is to shift the business to private equity based deals, where I would assume an active shareholder position which is based on KPI's being met via my growth service (revenue growth, channel diversification, lead flow, conversion rate).
