@Mike Conneen good points, Mike. I have since bought a good tripod and fluid head which should improve the shakes. I’ll have a look at the fonts and see if I can improve readability. I am here to learn and your comments are appreciated.

Wow! My wife and I are planning to move to Tom’s River, snap up all the cheapest homes, and list them on Airbnb! That way, traffic will get even worse, and the houses will turn into party hubs that drive the locals crazy. This would be a great way to give you your own version of Regret #11—something we’re already dealing with here in Byron Bay, Australia. By the way, great video! It’s packed with solid information, and you’re a strong presenter. With a touch of polish, it could shine even brighter.
