Hey everyone! 👋
I’m brand new to real estate and wholesaling, but I’m super eager to learn and get my foot in the door. I don’t have experience in the field yet, but I do have a background in insurance sales…so I’m comfortable with outreach, negotiations, and talking to people. If anyone needs help with anything (cold calling, lead follow-up, admin tasks, etc.) or would be open to letting me shadow you on deals, I’d love to support however I can and learn from the process. My name is Harlie and I graduated from Michigan State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing . For the past two years, I’ve been working in insurance sales, which has helped me build strong communication and client relationship skills. However, real estate has always been my true passion. I hold a Florida real estate license, but my interests go beyond traditional residential sales — I’m particularly drawn to the investment and wholesaling side of the industry but never really knew where to start. I’m eager to connect, learn, and grow in this field!
