Hi guys! I recently conducted a DR for a window replacement company that targeted individuals who had previously received a quote (with an evaluator visiting their home) but had not accepted or refused it. We simply texted, "Hi [First Name], this is Véronique from [Company]! I just wanted to know if you had any questions about the quote we recently sent you?" A lot of these people are comparing quotes from different companies and are not necessarily in a hurry to accept one. Indeed, many had questions, so when they said "Yes," they received a call. Many also simply responded with something along the lines of, "Oh, sorry! I've been busy, but okay, I accept the quote!" Anyway, the DR was a massive success: we were able to generate 16 sales for a total of $75,000, just with a sample of 100 quotes. I am now wondering: What other niches might have a lot of pending quotes on which not much follow-up is being done?
