Hi everyone I’m Hannah I haven’t been formally diagnosed with ADHD but I’m certain that I have it. It’s a long and expensive process to be diagnosed in Australia, where I live anyway. Really looking forward to the training, applying it and seeing the benefits and reading everyone else’s success stories!
