Good Day Gentlemen! It's midday here in Sunny Barcelona Spain and have been itching to start doing regular weekly calls for everyone in this group. The reason why I started this group was to help men find a better version of themselves and use my experience from coaching to if anything give you a little push in the right direction as well as facilitate a community where men can communicate and share things that get them through the day and then optimise their lives! Semen retention is about building self-control, focus, and discipline by not constantly giving in to short-term urges. It helps men conserve energy, sharpen their mind, improve emotional stability, and redirect that drive into health, purpose, relationships, and personal growth instead of distraction.

Men have to stop feeling guilty about chasing power or wanting to feel powerful. Men draw energy from being in pursuit of things. Whether thats women, wealth, health or status, Men find purpose in pursuit of all of these things usually in the hopes of increasing their chances of finding their right mate to procreate with. Women do not like it when men want to chase power because they have a completely different approach to power than men do. Most women do not gain energy from being in pursuit of things, they get drained. The chase for them signals "lack" whereas the chase for men signals "potential gain." Women are designed to have everything sorted out for them because their superpower is not to catch the food but to cook it. They don't build the house, they fill it up. So when they're put into positions of power they are usually overwhelmed which is why if they truly had to face relentless men competing with them and chasing power they would lose 10/10. However men are not allowed to be relentless. Equal rights is a beautiful thing and women should always be treated with respect and love by all men. Anyone who opposes this is insane. But Women are also given a pass to not have men dominate them as they naturally would in a workplace, in sports, in anything that requires willpower, endurance and long-term pursuit. I'm not saying you should dominate women but you must not let them interfere with your ambition. Women can dominate social settings because they can tear apart a persons reputation, validity and self-worth to a group. Cancel culture was and still is primarily fuelled by female (or very feminine mens) opinions. But you want to know something I don't actually think it's women's fault they are acting this way. I truly just think this is a response to the "Weak Man" being in power and neglecting his responsibility to care and nurture women to honestly make the world better. Women are in a position where they don't feel powerful and they don't feel safe. Feminists think seeking more equality is the way but most women don't want equality. If they did they would clean our sewers, build our trains, lay bricks for a living and fight the wars. Feminists make men into clowns but then females end up following the clowns. What if they made men into kings?
