One of the biggest set up for me was lack of consistency (shoulder pain, wrist pain…) and also being impatient and rushing progressions despite a good form… I’m trying to correct all of this 💪🏼

@H S maybe try weighted pull ups! Or even explosive with bands to assist you! It can help you understand the movement better. Try sets of explosives pull ups without assistance, then sets with bands!
Muscle up
Hey guys, hope you are doing well. Just a question, i have been doing weighted pull ups for 2 months now. Still not able to do muscle up. Any suggestions ? 🫡

I hope you receive this message in the best of health. Does anyone within this community train combat sports alongside Calisthenics? If so how? What type of split would you follow? PPL? Full body? Would you opt for a high rep low intensity or a low rep high intensity workout? What would you advise for resting - how long in between sets and workouts? Which exercises in specific would you train? Why? I’d appreciate any help 🙏

I started calisthenics while doing Krav Maga. What worked best for me was doing Krav 3 times a week and 2 times calisthenics working on a specific skill. If you want to do calisthenics on the same day, I would advise working on the basics!
Renforcement Back exercices
Hello everyone, I teared my back muscle doing front lever about 2 months ago… I’m looking for renforcement exercices to help me achieve a pull up again… any advices? Thank you in advance guys

Feel good in the gym ❤️‍🔥
An important aspect in showing up and constantly go to the gym is to feel good about yourself. This includes doing exercises you enjoy and sometimes doing exercises only for the pump, just to feel powerful. In the long run you will start to associate the gym with joy and fulfillment. Another factor is also your clothes. If you feel comfortable, secure and powerful with what you are wearing, this will reflect your outcome in the gym as well and leading to you showing up more often. I for example always wear lose fit sweatpants and a tight shirt because it makes me feel more proportional and confident in the gym. Today Gornation dropped some new pieces that I really enjoy.
