Hi warriors, I hope you are progressing! Some of you may know, that I'm being coached by a very skilled gymnast/calisthenics athlete in rings skills. Three months have passed and I've improved by a lot. Pike Handstand Presses are today a piece of cake. In the past something I could only dream of lol... ANY WAYS even better news: Last Friday I had a personal training session with Anita. Anita has been a yoga teacher for over 20 years. She's 69 years old and decided to start calisthenics. I think that's extraordinary. Not because it's unusual to start at 69. But because she simply decided: now. No "am I too old for this." No "this probably isn't for me." Just curiosity and the willingness to learn something new. Age is not a reason not to start. Sometimes it's just an excuse we tell ourselves. If you feel like you need some guidance and a more structured approach, feel free to reach out. Let's make it happen. By the way me telling you I'm undergoing coaching is not to be taken as a sign of incompetence or lack of knowledge. He is simply skilled in a field I'm not. However it SHOWS once again, that with a clear program and structure what seems to be impossible becomes POSSIBLE. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏾 Saludos, Coach G

guys I somehow managed to finally almost got up from a muscle up without any help, that rarely happens, then I couldn't do it again. huuu, it just happened once tdy and now I'm trying to keep doing again and again to finally do it. plus, I also found out I can easily do an assisted one armed pull-up (hand on wrist) and its quite tiring to keep doing again and again. but I realised that its not that hard
Im taking a break.
Hey guys, i realized that (or my mum realized) my end of year exams are coming up soon (in 1-3 months i think) so im gonna be taking a break from calasthenics although I will try to get my exersise in from other sports. These exams mean alot as they will be offering scholarships after them and well, lets just say my parents wouldnt be too happy if i wasnt at least close to getting one. of course, im sure i will find time to do calasthenics but if anyone has some quick training to do in gaps it would be much appreciated if you pop them in the comments below. Of course, i wont be tottally be disconeccting my self from this platform, I just won't be as active and be doing as much training as i usually do. anyways thats enough yap from me Peace out warriors!

🔥How bad do you want it?
Hi Warriors, Nine years ago I saw an Inverted Muscle Up on YouTube for the first time. I knew immediately: I want to learn that. It took me nine almost 10 years until I got it.😮‍💨 You read that right! I'm telling you this because I want you to understand that moments like these don't happen overnight. And that's completely fine. There were phases where I was close. Phases where nothing worked. Months without any noticeable progress. Moments where I genuinely wondered if it would ever happen. Calisthenics is honest. Your body doesn't lie. And that's exactly what makes it so special. If you're currently working on a skill that feels out of reach... keep going! The journey will teach you a lot about yourself... What's your current "nine year skill"? The one you want to learn no matter how long it takes. 👇

Hi Warriors! Last week I was seriously productive and I can’t wait to share it with you. 🔥 Three new YouTube videos are on their way: 💪 0–100 Pull-Up Progressions 🤸 Handstand Tutorial for Complete Beginners 🔥 8-Minute Follow-Along Core Workout In the meantime here’s a little compilation from today’s training. Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with today’s performance. But I’m just happy to be moving and doing things that once seemed impossible. 😮‍💨 And honestly that’s what it’s all about. Now I want to hear from you! 👇 How was your week? Any wins or setbacks to share? Drop it in the comments, every update counts. We’re all in this together. 🤝 Saludos, Coach G #gogetit #youcantoo #progressnotperfection

💪🏽The Pull Up Challenge - RECAP
Hi Warriors! March is almost over and the results are already speaking for themselves! 💪 Shoutout to Ana, who went from 1 pull-up to 6 by following the structured plan inside the challenge post. That's the kind of progress that happens when you show up consistently. 🔥 If you're still working on your first pull-up or looking to add more reps, it's not too late head over here: 👉 https://www.skool.com/calisthenics-made-easy-8541/march-pull-up-challenge Up next: the April challenge will focus on core work building the foundation you'll need for what's coming after: the Handstand. 🤸 And if you've seen improvements too in pull-ups or anything else drop it in the comments. Every win counts and deserves to be celebrated. We're all putting in the work. 🙌 Until next time! Saludos, Coach G
