Hi warriors, I hope you are progressing! Some of you may know, that I'm being coached by a very skilled gymnast/calisthenics athlete in rings skills. Three months have passed and I've improved by a lot. Pike Handstand Presses are today a piece of cake. In the past something I could only dream of lol... ANY WAYS even better news: Last Friday I had a personal training session with Anita. Anita has been a yoga teacher for over 20 years. She's 69 years old and decided to start calisthenics. I think that's extraordinary. Not because it's unusual to start at 69. But because she simply decided: now. No "am I too old for this." No "this probably isn't for me." Just curiosity and the willingness to learn something new. Age is not a reason not to start. Sometimes it's just an excuse we tell ourselves. If you feel like you need some guidance and a more structured approach, feel free to reach out. Let's make it happen. By the way me telling you I'm undergoing coaching is not to be taken as a sign of incompetence or lack of knowledge. He is simply skilled in a field I'm not. However it SHOWS once again, that with a clear program and structure what seems to be impossible becomes POSSIBLE. 🫱🏾🫲🏾 Saludos, Coach G
