Thank you thank you thank you all so much for being part of my community. It means the world to me and I am delighted to have a platform that appreciates learning in a fun and interactive way. Next week's class I will be celebrating my 100 members (ALL OF YOU:) so I hope you can make it. If you have a fun hat or something BLINGY wear it, for a bit of craic/fun. Next weeks class we're working on the tongue and neck I shall let you know by the weekend which day the next live class will be held and post it up in the calendar.

Thanks so much Irene, that class was brilliant, the thing now is to try and remember what to do in the mornings & evenings, definitely interested in the course too :)
