Map of the levels of consciousness
hello everyone, Wanted to take a moment to share something Iâve been experiencing this week. This is the map of consciousness and described by David Hawkins. This author has written about the levels of consciousness and how they can be âmeasuredâ. He claims that humanity tends to measure at the level of pride or just under the level 200. I remember first coming across this and feeling like my main goal was to measure at a high level. However, something that has been helping me is simply recognizing where I feel Iâm at, sincerely. Iâve been getting pretty good at it and this last month I noticed I seemed to be floating around the levels of guilt, grief, anger, desire. You can fluctuate pretty easily and might even have a âbaselineâ that you can âsnapâ into depending on life situations and how you tend to face life. By simply noticing the levels I feel Iâm at, i set my intent to move to the next level. For example, at the level of pride, I tend to get defensive, standoffish; i clam up and feel like âI am rightâ and have all these mental justifications. By noticing this, I was able to move into the level of courage simply by intending it, which led to me being more honest, asking for clarification in situations that triggered me instead of assuming, or initiating a hard conversation that I was avoiding because my pride wouldnât let me. Very freeing experience to feel that courage and take the reins of my experience instead of simply wishing to be at a high vibe naturally. Again, I noticed a lot of fluctuations to even feeling very joyous to suddenly experiencing a deep grief. Does this resonate with anyone?
