-For most people it’s never really a good time to talk to a random cold call -Try to be friendly,respectful, agreeble, and transition into the purpose of the call as soon as possible. -You can’t control whether a seller or agent says yes, but you can control your effort in getting them to do so - The more conversations you have and offers you send,the more practice you'll get and sooner you’ll land a deal Hope y'all are having a great week. 1. Contact at least 10 new distressed property owners per day, 5 days per week (50 per week minimum) 2. Add at least 20 Driving For Dollars leads to your list, 5 days per week (100 per week minimum) 3. SQUAD UP with 2 experienced wholesalers 4. COMP 5 properties per day, 5 days per week (25 per week) 5. NO music in the car when DFD... listen to wholesaling audiobooks or podcasts 6. Read 10-15 pages of a good real estate or mindset book per day, 5 days per week (50 per week minimum)
